Exchange, Return and Cancellation
Cancellation by us (WildTrails)
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. IF your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
Please note that your order begins processing the moment you click ‘Place/CONFIRM Order’. This means that your items are picked and shipped without delay. We are unable to cancel orders or items after you have received your shipping notification. These orders should be returned or exchanged according to our policies below.
Items that cannot be exchanged:
Some items such as face masks etc cannot be exchanged. For such items, we have explicitly mentioned that exchange is not possible, near the product listing itself, on the website. So please check before placing an order for such items.
You can return the product if:
– You received a faulty/defective product. THIS INCLUDES A WRONG PIECE TO THE ONE YOU HAVE PLACED AN order for or a product garment which is of the wrong color or size
– You received a physically damaged product.
Obligation of the Customer:
The customer shall before taking the delivery of the product from authorized partner / agent of WildTrails, should verify the size, content, color and any other specification of the product. The customer shall refuse the delivery of the product which is damaged. After receipt of the delivery, no complaints pertaining to color, size, variation, product dissimilarity or damage shall be entertained.
What if the product you have got is the wrong size or does not fit or does not look similar?
If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at email@example.com or whatsapp us at 9380021120, within 1 day of delivery of the product. We will arrange for the exchange of the product within 5 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
Free pickup and exchange (upto 1 time only) is done by WildTrails. Package and items should be returned in the original state by the customer.
The items can be exchanged with any other item that is of same or higher price (and no damage to item). Some items such as face masks etc cannot be exchanged. What if the product you returned/to-be-exchanged is damaged ?
If your returned item is damaged or not in as-is condition (as it was when it was shipped to you), WildTrails and our vendors have every right to reject any type of customer's request (of exchange, return or refund or anything). And this will overwrite any condition that is provided on our website.
The responsibility of proving that the item was not damaged, before its packaged and reaches our warehouse, lies upon the customer. If the item is damaged when it reaches our warehouse, it will be considered as damaged, and no further refunds will be allowed. And the customer will have to pay for shipping, to get it back.
Are we CUSTOMER FRIENDLY with our returns?
Yes, the above statements might sound too practical. But you and your purchases are SAFE.
Since the time we started our Fashion store, some of our customers have raised exchange requests, we have accepted and processed ALL of them till now, and it's been easy and smooth. After all, Fashion and accessory shopping online should make you happy. :-)
